Person-Centred Approach

My core training is Person-Centred, this will be at the heart the work we do. From the first session we will discuss the focus of your sessions, which are tailored to each individual.

Creative Methods

Sometimes expressing our feelings can be tough, however, I also work creatively, bringing in a variety of creative methods to help to draw out our feelings, which can be helpful when we don't have the words to explain. This can be discussed further and tailored to your preferences.
